04How long does rig-up take?+

No more than 14 days under this offer, assuming agreed feed access and active operator collaboration.

05When does billing begin?+

At the end of rig-up—not before.

06How is the 5% guarantee measured?+

Against a baseline locked from the six calendar months immediately before rig-up for comparable lateral sections, normalized for lateral length and program. Unrelated NPT is excluded; BHA-related trip and failure time remains included.

07What if performance improves by less than 5%?+

The applicable monthly platform fee is refunded under the contract’s agreed measurement terms.

08Is pricing per rig?+
